#review; Love Her Wild.

new month, new book!
lately I've been reading a poetry book from one of the most popular poet in this century, Atticus. the most interesting fact about Atticus is he keeps his identity under wraps, altough we all know that he's Canadian. the first book I was read from him was "Love Her Wild". which I want to write the review about in this post. I fell in love first with Atticus' writings in his instagram. one day, I looked randomly into one of popular poet's instagram and I found "atticuspoetry". I read some of his pieces and it was like I just fell in love.

in this poetry book, you could find three sections, Love, Her and Wild. I really love how Atticus expresses the love with such a great "wild" words which makes the book so mesmerizing to read. in the Love section, you could find some of cheesy-easy poets which make you understand how to love someone deeply just as easy as breathing air. in Her section, Atticus wrote about a girl who drives him crazy and you could imagine how lucky you are if you're being loved by him, how love could change you amazingly with such a beautiful words. Atticus told us too, as a girl, we should love ourselves first if we want to be loved by someone else. it feels like he knows girls so well, that he could write so accurately what's inside our mind and how to love us freely. Atticus describing the word "love" in such a intoxicating way, like he was drunk by the journey of love itself. not only talk about love and girls, Atticus wrote his love for poetry, how poetry taught him to be more comfortable to express your feelings, seen from the third part of this book, Wild section. the last part of this book contains random thoughts, about life, about how to face loneliness, about dreams and imaginations, and many more. it feels like reading yourself in a book wrapped in monotone colors.

I don't know how I should explain it, Atticus just really understands how it was like being fall in love with such a dreamy imagination. another amazing part of this book, it had some beautiful photographs and matches the poetry itself. the pictures represent in black and white, like how we should feel about this world. black and white tone in this book makes us feeling more colorful when we read its contents, it really feels like imaginable.
I really adore Atticus, purely because of his writings. the most adorable from this person is, he finds love by his writings while he keeps his identity as an anonym. when he gave his first public reading in Los Angeles, he wore masks, which makes people so curious about the identity of this man. oftenly, some people who adore him so much made a tattoo on their bodies from a piece of his poetry. simply, people were adoring him is just because his beautiful pieces of poetry, and that was kind of amazing for me! I adore Atticus with his ability to say a lot in such a little words.
I want you all to read one of my favorite pieces in this book;

"her heart was wild
but I didn't want to catch it
I wanted to run with it
to set mine free."

such a really great book to read in a hazy or rainy day along with a cup of hot coffee in your hands.
happy reading!
